It's coming out for all current-gen platforms. That's PC, 360, PS3, PSP, Wii and DS. However, the press release makes no mention of the PS2.

It comprises the three movies of Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures with new levels, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

It's being released Fall 2009 (TBC).

Mutt can use his motorbike, and Oxley can utilise the power of the Crystal Skull!

There's a Build Your Own Adventure mode, i.e. a Level Editor. You can share them on the internet too.

New levels for the original trilogy include playing through the vehicle chase in Shanghai with Short Round.

Indy has all new animations, such as grabbing an enemy with his whip then throwing him over his shoulder.

Collect artifacts and lego studs throughout the game to unlock more than 60 playable characters.

RUMOURS

Indy IV is a definite, but will there be other episodes? Young Indy Chronicles, graphic novels, or even the other games?

We don't know how much we can do with the Level Editor. However, this screenshot suggests it will be very basic.

Apart from the Shanghai chase, there's plenty of scope for extra levels in the originals. A proper Last Crusade Young Indy section for a start, or the Bantu Wind boat from Raiders.

The original rumour about this game suggested it would be entirely based on Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, even going so far as being the title. Consequently, we wouldn't be surprised if the Indy IV episode was significantly larger than the other episodes.
